HR Intern / Recruiter -
• The daily task was to observe how to recruit employees for the job.
• Descriptions for the post.
• After getting the required profiles from job sites the resumes is screened in order to best fit the candidate with there requirements.
• The shortlisted candidates are given a call in order to find their interest, brief the job profile to the candidate and based on this schedule the interview.
• In Round 1 of the interview, the CVs of candidates are collected and processed them to ensure that the candidates were eligible for the interview.
• The shortlisted candidates were interviewed and are checked with their communication and overall personality and the work experience if any related to the role.
• Based on the round one feedback, the candidates are next round which is technical round with the relevant technical staff of organization.
• Knowledge to work online recruitment by using different online portal ( Linkedin, Indeed,Naukri.com,Hirect Shine.com etc
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
