Job Title: HR Trainee

Location: Nagpur

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary: The HR Trainee will support the HR team across various functions including HRIS, payroll, compliance, performance management, learning and development, and industrial relations. This role offers hands-on experience and prepares you for a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• HRIS: Maintain and update employee records, generate reports, ensure data integrity.
• Payroll: Assist in payroll processing, verify timesheets, address payroll queries.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, prepare documentation for audits, support policy implementation.
• Performance Management: Administer performance appraisals, coordinate review meetings, track performance data.
• Learning & Development: Plan and coordinate training programs, assess training needs, maintain records.
• Industrial Relations: Handle employee relations issues, support negotiations, maintain positive employee relations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR, basic understanding of HR principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or experience in HR, familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems, knowledge of labor laws.
