Job Summary This position will act as the team leader to the Tier 1 service. The incumbent will be the primary point of contact for the team and it\'s activities. The role will be chiefly responsible for, triaging incoming tickets, distributing work, completing complex requests, liaising with and reporting out to senior leaders as well as educating the tier 1 team across a wide range of Workday configuration. The role holder will co-ordinate and facilitate the completion of recurring items and monitor ongoing activities against the agreed SLA\'s for the department. Who we are looking for Minimum years\' experience in prior roles directly utilizing Workday Working understanding of HR Principles, practices, and procedures Effective verbal and listening skills Strong attention to detail Demonstrate service excellence Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment Well organized and adept at time management Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies and p romotes leaning within the team Basic understanding of MS Office packages Experience with Servicenow How you will thrive and create an impact This position will act as the first contact for HR and corporate inquiries into HR Operational matters and will therefore collaborate with senior leaders and specialists on a range of complex concerns. Incoming requests into Servicenow related to HR policies, processes and transactions within Workday will be triaged and resolved. Where the Tier 1 team is unable to assist, the items will be escalated in a timely fashion in accordance with the team\'s service level agreements. This position will arrange daily calls to co-ordinate team action and review performance metrics. As well as provide regular status reports and updates to senior leaders The role holder will maintain professionalism and deliver on established standards throughout all interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions, Workday navigation, and policy interpretation. Escalate and collaborate on issues, where required, through a formalized issue/inquiry escalation process within HR Operations Enter or retrieve data into/from Workday or other Management systems as required and follow-up to correct errors or missing/insufficient data, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Stay abreast with the policy and process changes in all areas of HR and utilize reference materials to assist in responding to employees Work with the HR operations leads and proactively review current processes for efficiency and identify improvements to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices The role will be working to either US hours or European hours.
