We are looking for an exceptionally driven HR Trainee to join our Human Resources organization. Given the high visibility of this role, it provides significant learning opportunities for any candidate who can prove themselves by consistently exceeding expectations.RequirementsGeneral administrative support to the HR department \xe2\x80\xa2 Support logistics in all company-related events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with Data entry, Inventory management and filing of HR documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support in the recruitment process, such as schedule and confirm interviews with candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with IT aspects of onboarding and office management including purchasing and setting up desks, hardware, and software (i.e., mobile phones, laptops, office 365 access for new employees). \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in employee engagement and team-building events through active communication with creativity and flair. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc HR & Operations related activities.Benefitse offer \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive mentorship and training from Day 1 \xe2\x80\xa2 Gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative office environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good atmosphere at work and a comfortable working environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stipend will be provided during the Contract period. \xe2\x80\xa2 Based on performance, this contract role can be turned into a permanent one.
