In this position, you will report to the Senior Director Manager, HR Operations, Total Rewards and HR Operations and partner closely with the Senior HR Technology Manager and the broader HR Talent Acquisition team to elevate both candidate and employee experiences. Your ability to work cross-functionally in a positive and collaborative environment will be essential, as you will focus on improving workflows and leveraging HR technology solutions. This role offers an opportunity for continuous learning and the chance to contribute meaningfully to our global organization.In this position, you will take charge of maintaining and improving HR systems and Talent Acquisition tools, such as Workday and Jobvite. You will engage in discussions to identify issues, design solutions to streamline business processes, and facilitate cross-functional alignment on project goals. Your analytical and communication skills will be key in creating functional design documents and troubleshooting data issues while providing support and training to system users.
