: HR Tech Project ManagerPosition Overview:Responsible to project manage and track Tech implementations across the employee lifecycleMonitor and review existing tech stack and process efficiencies to ensure upgrade to best in class technologies to deliver on superior employee experience. Ensure compliance to internal processes/Policies and industry standardsResponsibilities:Project Management:o Oversee running of end-to-end HR technology projects in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and data managemento Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and legal requirementso Monitor process performance metrics and identify areas for enhancemento Monitor timely implementation of fixes in implemented projectsHR Technology Implementation:o Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement and maintain HR technology solutions (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).o Lead system upgrades, integrations, automation, and enhancementso Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support in partnership with SME & ITxc2xb7 Data Integrity and Reporting:o Generate regular reports and analytics to support decision-makingo Ensure data security and privacyo Review current running integrations are aligned to needsUser Training and Support:o Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users on system functionalities.o Address user queries and provide technical assistance.o Promote adoption of HR tech tools across the organizationo Offer advice and recommendations to HR personnel for the resolution of daily HR challengesContinuous Improvement:o Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions for streamlining workflows.o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology.o Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
