Various projects involved under this job are - SuccessFactors Implementation and support, launching HR applications, supporting in upgrades in HR Tech tools, and other tech projects for a manpower of 15000.
Project planning and management for HR technology projects in order to streamline the processes from Hiring/Onboarding/EC/PMS/L&OD/Separation
Working with IT team to get new processes implemented & HR trained to use the system.
Managing the costs benefits & effective utilization in terms of vendors\' support including the contract renewal processes.
Maintain systems to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency, and resolves software issues.
Ensures data integrity, system security, and testing of system changes.
Designs and generates queries, reports, and dashboards.
Liaison between users, the IT and the third parties.
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager\'s discretion.
