We have ambitious growth plans and goals for the future and the global and local scale to achieve them.What You\'ll Be Doing:Youll lead, inspire and motivate a multi-disciplinary team of Integrations & Security Product Owners and Technology Assurance team members and work alongside them to deliver within a high-quality and outcome-oriented culture.As part of this role, you will serve as a liaison between the delivery team and key stakeholder(s), internal or external. For this, we expect you to actively work with Product Owners and the business to align on initiatives and priorities, proactively identifying risks and dependencies throughout all phases of these initiatives. You will be part of the product lifecycle by supporting Product Owners and Analysts and other change originators.Youll also take ownership of our Incident & Change Management processes, continuously reviewing improving them to ensure compliance against our regulatory audits (SOX, ISO, FCA, Risk & Assurance)Responsibilities:

  • Own our Integrations & Security roadmaps, working with Product Owners, Tech Assurance, HR Operations teams, and the business to capture requirements and present an overall view of tech deliverables.
  • Own and develop the Project Management frameworks (Waterfall and Agile), providing suitable training and coaching to Product Owners, Analysts, Tech Assurance and other project team members.
  • Responsible for resource management across your areas of responsibilities, and wider as necessary, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification of stakeholders.
  • Responsible for overall service provided by Tech, ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed, relevant project documentation is created, managed and maintained.
  • Responsible for adequate reporting of projects utilising Jira as the system of choice, reporting against any risks and expected delivery of projects.
  • Support in project delivery for key projects that span across Product Areas as identified, connecting and engaging the right people for projects and managing through to delivery.
  • Responsible for Incident & Change Management across People Technology, ensuring that incidents are captured and being managed against SLAs, all necessary stakeholders are informed, comms are sent to those impacted, and necessary PIRs are actioned and plans followed up.
  • Work closely with our audit teams to ensure that our Incident & Change processes are compliant, and that regular internal audits are undertaken against tickets and feedback/corrections are being followed up.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders that were dependent upon for service delivery, understanding their processes and updating our internal playbook to help manage expectations with our customers.
The skills you\'ll need to succeed:
  • A technical background with a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex software projects, preferably across Workday, and other HR Technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to engage, communicate, and work towards compromise and success during our product lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in managing technical roadmaps made consisting of multiple projects with competing priorities is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, particularly concerning technical risks, issues, and constraints.
  • Senior principles, leading by example, showing work ethic and passionate, professional attitude.
  • Knowledge of distributed, redundant, and transactional systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Proven track record of managing Incident & Change processes.
  • Experience using defect and change tracking systems (Jira preferred).
  • Hold a project management qualification, ideally Prince 2 or PMP.
  • ITIL or similar Service Management certification desirable.
