Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of HR Interns 4. Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to identify HR needs and develop strategic solutions to address them. 3. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions. 4. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. 5.
