Ensuring the end-to-end TA processes are well designed, implemented and measured. Willingness to travel is required (around 25%). This position reports to Talent Acquisition Manager, Electrification Your responsibilities Leads Strategy Deployment. Ensuring robust prioritization, consistent project management and performance oversight aligned to L6S practices. Responsible for developing action plans for the Talent Acquisition function aligned with Corporate/ Business Area/Divisions strategy and targets. Monitors implementation and tracks any deviations for corrective action. Leading global programs and/or advising on global programs in the field of TA, from a process and operations perspective. Supports Talent Acquisition Head(s) in developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance. Design, own and monitor the end-to-end process requirements for Talent Acquisition globally. Build training and facilitate application of new processes, including feedback analysis and continuous improvement within the team, acting as a change agent. Ensure consistency among assigned and related HR processes and the implementation of corporate and external legal regulatory requirements Leverages strong data science practices to enable a culture of evidence-based decision making. Drives global HR taxonomy alignment within the given HR technology, with the goal of integration, standardization, and sustainability across all relevant business processes. Ensures that the organization takes an overall value chain perspective to meet business expectations on quality, service levels and lead time and has a full understanding and culture of continuous improvement behaviors, methodology and processes. Prepares annual budget, oversees progress, and determines actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources. Provides support to Head(s) of Talent Acquisition to improve understanding of business requirements in order to identify both potential constraints and solutions to these requirements from an operational point of view. Creates and maintains a positive work environment for the company. Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Your background Previous experience and track record within Talent Acquisition or related Human Resources discipline. Experienced leader in a global and matrix environment with ownership of Operations Management, Global Process and Strategy Deployment. Program management, process mapping, organizational design, transformation management and implementation experience. Subject matter expertise in the process of recruitment in a global \'Fortune 500/corporate\' environment is considered an asset. Exposure to HR/Talent change and transformation processes is considered an asset End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing programs and complex projects. Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders. Very good engagement and communication skills, strong customer service orientation and team spirit. Operating in a Lean 6 Sigma environment considered an asset. Professional English knowledge, both written and oral. Self-driven, resilient, energetic and inclusive.
