THE POSITION:

  • The HR executive will be responsible for recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement program, managing employee database for APAC business based in India.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are best achieved by:
  • Responsible for managing employee database.
  • Responsible for employee engagement activities for employees
  • Manage onboarding program, induction program, documentation.
  • Manage offboarding of employees; exit formalities, handover process etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees; assist employees with any queries.
  • Recruitment: coordination with placement coordinators for campus recruitment
  • Manage coordination for lateral hiring.
  • Coordinate internal and external training program.
  • Assist with various research projects and/or special projects as needed.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and pay period reports, that are used to support Human Resources metrics.
  • Oversees office management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • 3 to 5 Years of experience.
  • Relevant experience in supporting HR generalist role.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in using software applications.
EDUCATION:
  • Master\'s in business administration - Human Resources
