: Senior HR Executive - Food Industry and Hospitality Sector

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in the dynamic food industry and hospitality sector. This role is pivotal in supporting our company's growth and ensuring effective HR operations that align with our business objectives and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the food industry and hospitality sector.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, considering the unique challenges and requirements of the industry.
• Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and activities that enhance team morale and productivity.
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Training and Development:
• Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge specific to the food industry and hospitality sector.
• Partner with department heads to identify training needs and implement tailored development plans for employees at all levels.
• Performance Management:
• Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues, promoting a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
• HR Administration and Compliance:
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are up-to-date and in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, staff Training and maintaining employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Employee Safety and Wellness:
• Collaborate with safety committees and managers to promote workplace safety initiatives and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support employee wellness programs that contribute to overall well-being and work-life balance.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HR executive or similar role within the food industry and hospitality sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations applicable to the food industry and hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives and promote a positive company culture.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
