Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to recruit Freight Brokers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn for recruitment purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:
• Source and attract qualified Freight Brokers.
• Post job openings and source candidates via Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
• Candidate Management:
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience and conduct reference checks.
• Collaboration and Onboarding:
• Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting Freight Brokers in Mohali or Noida.
• Proficiency in using Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
