Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with senior management.
On-boarding & Off-boarding:
Facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new employees, including orientation and integration into the company culture.
Manage the off-boarding process, ensuring all procedures are followed and exit interviews are conducted.
HR Process Optimization:
Help streamline and optimize existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
HR Strategy:
Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aimed at optimizing resource utilization.
Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
Training & Development:
Conduct relevant training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to address them.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Grievance Management:
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Mediate conflicts and provide support to employees and management in resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records of grievances and resolutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, training, and HR strategy development.
