: HR Specialist

Job Summary:

Fixail is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Calicut. The primary responsibility of this role is to hire skilled laborers for home appliance services and company employees while managing their attendance, payroll, and HR-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled laborers for home appliance services and company employees.

- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.

- Coordinate and manage onboarding processes for new hires.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

- Manage attendance and payroll processes for both skilled laborers and company employees.

- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues.

- Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.

- Monitor employee performance and implement performance improvement plans as needed.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- ??Male Preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll, and labor laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office Suite.
