*Daily HR Tasks:1. Onboarding the new hires2. Induction of new hires3. Offboarding employees4. Letter Drafting (Terminations, warning, Amendments, Etc)5. HR Payroll6. Maintaining Attendance of employees7. Maintaining HRMS Software8. Uploading & Maintaining Employee Database9. Admin work10. Attendance & Leave Tracker Management for employees.11. Additional work as per request.12. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and
compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the APAC
region.*Stay abreast of changes in labour laws and regulations, adjusting HR practicesaccordinglyRequirements
Candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
