### Job Summary:
The Human Resource Specialist for APAC will support Pinkerton's APAC region by performing activities related to recruiting and traditional HR functions. Reporting to the HR Director- APAC, the ideal candidate will assist in managing the recruitment process and provide administrative assistance during the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes. The Specialist will, as needed, handle general employee requests.
### Essential Functions:
• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Manage significant hiring volumes while meeting and/or exceeding the defined global time to fill standard.
• Assist with the ATS requisition process.
• Create and/or modify existing job descriptions and job codes within the system based on Pinkerton's global formatting standards.
• Open approved requisitions via the ATS and within established deadlines.
• Complete job postings via the partner job distribution service.
• Manage the requisition process through daily candidate review, ongoing souring/networking, and phone screening.
• Assist with LinkedIn searches for potential candidates and utilize provided questionnaires to guide evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team, contributing to recruitment strategies and administrative tasks.
• Update ATS with the status of requisitions as appropriate.
• Participate in cross-training to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the recruiting team as well as collaboration with the Human Resources department.
• Follow established global Talent Acquisition guidelines.
• Assist with new hire employment offer letters and background screening steps during times of urgency and/or necessity.
• Distribute onboarding documents, ensuring their completion and proper filing.
• Coordinate with the background check team to initiate necessary screening for new hires.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes within internal systems.
• Handle requests for new email/account creation or deactivation for existing employees.
• Assist in administering changes to the company's insurance program if applicable to employees.
• Keep track of employee information updates in HCM, including new hires, resignations, and personal detail changes.
• All other duties, as assigned.
### Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree with one to three years of HR/recruiting experience in a multinational company with risk/investigations service lines and/or recruitment consultancy experience. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer that seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
