Each day, You will also showcase your expertise by HR Operations (Workday) The work model for the role is: #LI \xe2\x80\x93 hybrid, #LI -Alternate week This role is contributing to the Core HR Operations Functions in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 2-5 Yrs of total experience, 1+ Yrs Workday experience in HR Operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Shift Time - 6AM \xe2\x80\x93 3PM OR 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute the HR CORE processes through SAP ensuring that Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA) & Payroll related data accurately according to the global standard processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process ownership of complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire/ Termination \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Play key role in the \xe2\x80\x98lock and unlock\xe2\x80\x99 process of critical data within HR Core. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) like TAT, quality, and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT)Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in working with Workday in the HR Operations market
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in total 2-5 Yrs and 1+ Yr sin Workday handling Employee life cycle.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Employee life cycle in Workday platform.
• Any Graduate/ MBA HR
• Good Communication skills
