The incumbent HR Service Partner will be responsible to lead the HR Operations charter for Esko with headcount of over 600 and growing. Role requires the person to be based in Bangalore and operate in Hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Leading end to end payroll, coordinating with external vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure that payroll analysis and reconciliations are achieved on time
• Ensure daily service delivery standards are achieved while performing routine audits on all deliverables.
• Handling Vendor payments (Invoices), negotiate benefits rates (for Employee annual health check, POSH, 3rd party payroll, compliance) with different providers.
• Letter generation-Promotion, salary revision, employment and alike
• Perform Analytics, Data reporting
• Manage Retirals, Labor Laws compliances, statutory regulations and filing
• Proactively analyzing the gaps in the compliance and ensuring that these gaps are bridged to the fullest with the help of an external vendor
• Facilitate Audit related queries and follow-up on observations and closure
• Following company procedures as it relates to HR best practices and handling confidential information.
• Employee life cycle - Exit process and Background Verification, FBP & Taxation, food coupon Processing, Organizing Business Unit Induction sessions and surveys
• Ensuring Workday and HR finance forecasting tool is updated on Real time basis
• HR support for Team events and R&R - Organizing certificates and Trophies by coordinating with Admin team and ready to handle any sporadic work.
• Handling day-to-day queries of employees

Qualification/Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or relevant Industry regulations certifications.
• 8+ Years of experience in HR Operations and payroll management in relevant industry
• Experience with HR policies and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of HR best practices.
• Hands on experience working on Work day tool will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Working on tools - Microsoft office (Excel, docs) and Google sheets
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
