Roles & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including coordinating with external consultants and ensuring timely follow-up. Enables the cost saving to given budget in respect to hiring Facilitate seamless onboarding of new hires, including documentation and induction processes. Coordinate the submission of PF, ESIC, WC Policy & personal accident policy details of new employees to respective vendors and internal stakeholders. Organize monthly Open House sessions to gauge employee sentiment and feedback. Handle employee grievances and ensure both monetary and non-monetary welfare needs are addressed effectively. Maintain accuracy in processing payroll data and oversee full & final settlement for resigned employees monthly. Responsible to check & verify the documents from vendor in respect to company factory compliance Ensure adherence to HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies across the organization. Creating new policies in every quarter which have a visible business impact Manage leave records in the HRMS system and oversee attendance tracking. Maintain accurate records, including those related to factory compliance and employee documentation.
