Position Summary:Responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role involves sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and hiring consultants. The position must ensure a positive candidate experience, manage job postings, and maintain accurate recruitment, documentation, updating candidate databases and ATS, and coordinating with other departments for new employees on boarding.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the position approval.2. To review and ensure up-to-date job description for all the hiring positions.3. Identify and attract candidates using various sourcing methods including job portals,social media, placement consultants, campus interviews, job fairs and networking.4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the interview process5. Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.6. Maintain regular communication, and provide timely updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.7. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and consultants to manage recruitment timelines.8. Collaborate with candidates/consultants and regularly update them on position and candidate statuses.9. Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).10. Short listing candidates with reference to the JDs and conducting HR round interviews.11. Salary negotiations with the selected candidates, and prepare and release offer letters.12. Ensure complete pre onboarding and onboarding process.Requirements:1. Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resource managementNice to have: Masters or equivalent2. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar software for creating documents, managing spreadsheets, scheduling appointments, and sending bulk emails responses.3. Hands on Experience using various tools i.e Linkedin, Naukri portal, canva, mail merge.4. Experience of preparing salary offers and joining documentation.5.
