Opportunity:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented HR + Sales And Marketing to join our growing team in Indore. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our brand presence within diverse local and regional markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and clients across various domains.
• Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to connect with leads and showcase our comprehensive product portfolio.
• Nurture qualified leads through the sales funnel, converting calls and meetings into successful client contracts.
• Actively follow up with clients, manage their feedback, and ensure seamless collaboration with relevant internal teams (e.g., Graphics, Content).
• Contribute to the development and execution of effective business development strategies for sustained growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR + Sales And Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
