? Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Conduct initial screening interviews for potential candidates (Apna, Work India, indeed, LinkedIn ) and coordinate with the owner for further assessments.
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
? Time and Attendance Management:
Maintain and update the time tracker sheet to track employee attendance and hours worked.
? Meetings and Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including CIG inspectors, to facilitate smooth operations.
? Document collection and uploading:
Collect required documents from Clients (e.g., light bills, Aadhar cards, visa bills, passport-size photos, authority letters) and ensure completeness and accuracy.
Conduct regular follow-ups with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and submissions.
? Expense Management:
Assist in managing employee expenses and allowances, including petrol reimbursements, by verifying claims and processing payments.
? Employee Engagement and Development:
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, wellness activities, and team-building events.
Support employee development through performance feedback, skill development plans, and career progression opportunities.
? Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring competitive offerings to attract and retain talent.
? HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and industry standards.
Stay updated on HR best practices and regulatory changes to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

Maintain an Excel sheet for carrying out day-to-day activities.
Filling up proxy if someone is absent.
Reporting to the superior.
Any other work is given by top management.
