Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
6. Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials and job descriptions to attract top talent
7. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand and engage with potential candidates
