We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR and Recruitment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and recruitment functions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to support our growth and innovation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee development initiatives.
• Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies; update and implement HR policies and procedures as necessary.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, supporting career growth and succession planning.
• HR Administration: Manage HR budgets, payroll, benefits administration, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Additional Requirements:
• Proven track record in successfully managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
