End To End Recruitment. Sourcing And Short Listing Profile Through Job Portal And Social Media And Calling. Maintain Interview Schedule. Understand Resource Requirements. Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, and referrals. Coordination with the candidates. Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process completing timely reports on employment. Keep Track Response Till The Date Of Joining. Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - Social Media, and Employee references. Maintaining data for future references. Conducting Inductions for new-hires. Handling documentation of new employees Helping new employees with the bank account opening Managing employee quarries. Responsible for employee grievance handling and counseling Handle complete resignation process, exit interviews.
