We are Hiring HR Recruitment Executives for Bathinda Location.

Job Title: HR Recruitment Executive

Location: Bathinda

Mode: Work from Office (Full Time)

Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)

Must Have Skills: Excellent Communication in English, MS Office, Self Motivated & Positive Attitude

Job Responsibilities:

1. Screen Candidates : Use the TeleCRM Portal and follow the provided script, completing data by 2-3 PM daily.

2. Update Candidate Statuses : Record detailed remarks and eligibility for interviews in TeleCRM.

3. Verify Documents : Check qualifications, work experience, and other supporting documents.

4. Coordinate for Duplicates : Work with the MIS Executive to avoid duplicate entries.

5. Edit Resumes : Adjust resumes to match job descriptions and reduce rejections.

6. Interview Preparation : Follow up with candidates visiting for interviews and provide company information (videos, address, documents required).

7. Interview Training : Offer 1-on-1 training calls to prepare candidates and eliminate rejection points.

8. Resume Notation : Ensure candidates write "Referred by India Job Kart" on the top of their resumes.

9. Update Records : Maintain daily line-ups and joinings in a Google Sheet.

10. Coordinate with HR : Stay updated on processes, selection statuses, and feedback by regularly communicating with company HRs.

11. Management Reporting : Report daily on interview, line-up, and joining statuses.

12. Follow-up : Regularly follow up with candidates before and after joining, continuing bi-monthly until three months post-joining.

Pay: ?16,500.00 - ?21,500.00 per month
