Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees for various positions within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and company career page. Ensure all postings are up to date and accurately reflect job requirements.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new employees are integrated smoothly into the company.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities. Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidates and recruitment metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
