:Hiring Undergraduates / Graduates (No Masters) for HR Recruiter Position- Freshers with excellent English communication/6 months experience in Recruitment- Work from office -Immediate JoinerQualification: Only 12th/ GraduateLocation: New Alipore, Kolkata - 700053Interview Mode: OnlineRoles and Responsibilities:Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment.60-80 calls have to do on a daily basisAble to work under Target and pressureSourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Linkedin.Screening the candidate\'s resumes and contacting relevant candidates.Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must be Target Oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be confident and Passionate
- Basic computer skills
- Opportunity to work for a Leading Recruitment Firm
- 12000 for freshers, hike on last in hand salary + Incentives
- Fixed day shift (9:30 am \xe2\x80\x93 6:30 pm)
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays off and Sunday off
