• Candidate Sourcing: Actively sourcing candidates through networking, referrals, databases, and online applications.
• Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position. Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. Administering assessments or tests if required.
• Background Checks and References: Conducting background checks and verifying employment references of potential candidates.
• Coordination and Communication: Managing the interview process and coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Keeping candidates informed about the status of their applications.
• Offer Negotiation: Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating terms of employment.
• Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding process by facilitating new hire paperwork and orientation sessions.
• Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Tracking recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and preparing reports on recruitment activities.
• Employer Branding: Representing the organization positively to candidates and promoting the company's reputation as a desirable employer.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment agencies.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices and ensuring a fair and unbiased recruitment process.
