We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an HR Recruitment and Sourcing professional. This opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and help develop your skills in recruitment and sourcing.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions.
• Source potential candidates through online job portals, social media platforms, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in the interview process and provide feedback on candidate assessments.
• Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate data and update the applicant tracking system.
• Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• MBA HR, Graduate or Post Graduate from Finance Background
• Must have minimum 3-4 years of experience into Recruitment
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,915.36 - ?30,611.91 per month
