Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with up to 6 months of experience in IT recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to meet our company's needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.
• Screening Resumes: Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Initial Interviews: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Job Postings: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Communication: Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and provide timely feedback.
• Recruitment Metrics: Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
