Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various job openings. Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and track application progress.Build strong relationships with candidates and provide feedback.Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs.Assist with job descriptions and recruitment strategies.Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and documentation.Coordinate and schedule interviews and handle onboarding processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.0-5 years of recruitment or HR experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract Duration: Minimum commitment of one year required.
