Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
• Review candidate profiles
• Call and screen candidates
• Shortlist candidates for further interviews
• Support the interview process from start to finish
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong phone etiquette for calling candidates
• In-depth knowledge of Indian job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri etc.
• Must work from our office in Elippode, Trivandrum
