Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet our company's growing needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate applicants to determine their qualifications and fit for the position.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle pre employment processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment agencies.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Candidate should know to speak both in English and Hindi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
