We welcome dedicated, independent thinkers with multilingual capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills.Our Company Focus is to remain the worlds leading provider of mystery customer research programs with 100% client satisfaction.POSITION AVAILABLE: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mumbai (Hybrid).Summary: Assist with hiring needs and build a pipeline for potential candidates.Responsibilities: * Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

• Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels, implement varied sourcing strategies to generate applicant based. Source profiles from Job portals, screening candidates, conducting walk-in interviews and agencies.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes, trackers and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and Onboard of new hires.
• Promote companys reputation as best place to work

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:Education - Graduate with min. 3 - 6 yrs. experience in recruitment from any industry.Competency Skills: * Proven working experience in recruiting.

• Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods.
• Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
• Client focus along with relationship building skills.
• Business acumen and market insight.
• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
