Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, from requisition capturing till on boarding candidates.
• Analyse the Job Requirements and source suitable candidates.
• Job postings, Bulk mailing, Head Hunting, Companies mapping
• Ensure the offered candidates join the organization with regular follow-ups
• Conduct telephonic Screening of the profiles Check for Technical & Behavioural Fitment
• Generate database from various sources like job portals Naukri, LinkedIn, etc
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Responsible for meeting recruitment deadlines
• Coordination between Team and Companies for better coordination to complete the assignments.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 1-8 years' experience of recruitments in any Manufacturing like Auto, Industrial, Pharma, FMCG, Service sectors & IT industry.
• Must have fare exposure of various industries requirements.
• Good written & Verbal communication, knowledge of recruitment process, convincing power, multi-tasking, knowledge of Excel, Word etc
• Positions are open from Fresher to Senior Professionals having experience in Recruitment domain.
