3-5 years of experience in recruitment, hr generalist.
Exceptional ability to assess candidates for their personality, attitude, soft skills and emotional intelligence; in addition to validating on paper their technical competence

Excellent communication both written and verbal
Confident individual with a proactive attitude
Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings
Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
