About the opportunity: Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent for various roles using different niche channels and social media. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. Responsibilities: Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy Requirements: Proven work experience of minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition or similar role Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management or similar Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Adept at all channels of hiring Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:
