Job Description
Job Title: HR RecruiterWork Location: RemoteEstimated Start Date: ASAPWork Timings: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST (Night shift)Openings: 3Salary: 12k to 14k + IncentivesExperience: 1.5-2 yearsUpdated Resume in Word format (Mandatory)Requirements -Must know HR domain and recruitment.
Ability to manage workload
Ability to complete the task within the time limit.
Good Knowledge of requirements (IT and NON-IT)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
Owning a Laptop and a High-speed Broadband connection is a must.
Good communication skills (English).Education- Degree in HR domain.Responsibility - The candidate will have to do postings, search, review resumes, negotiate with candidates, and finalize.
