: We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our business. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to negotiating job offers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
