As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter specializing in Non-IT sectors to join our team.Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for non-IT roles, with a focus on BPO hiring and bulk hiring. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of the recruitment process and proven experience in hiring for non-IT sectors.Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment activities and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, with a focus on non-IT hiring.
• Proven track record in BPO hiring and bulk hiring.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
