We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Non-IT Recruiter. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented professionals for various non-technical positions within our organization. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions - Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization - Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels - Coordinate and conduct recruitment events, both virtually and in-person - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience - Stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve processes Qualifications: - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT domains - Strong understanding of different non-technical roles and their requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Familiarity with various sourcing tools and recruitment platforms - Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field If you are passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting position.
