Profile - HR Recruiter company- Bizaccenknnect pvt ltd. Location - Noida Sector - 15 Requirements : - Minimum 1yr of Experience in IT & Non-IT Recruitment - Graduate with Good Communication Skills Roles & Responsibilities : - Communicating with HR teams of different organizations and tapping into their latest technical requirements - Developing job descriptions and requirements based on the job openings and posting them on relevant platforms to attract candidates - Searching, scrutinizing, screening and selecting candidates from various sources - Conducting Interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions - Handling existing clients and their current job openings - Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies - Finding new sources for searching unique candidates is one of the key role that should be mentioned in all IT recruiter job descriptions - Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position - Providing periodic reports to the Team Manager regarding the recruitment status of positions Day Shift / Alternate Saturdays Off Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Benefits:
