1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.

2. Employee Relations
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

3. HR Administration
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Process payroll and benefits administration accurately and on time.

Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the organization.
5. HR Policies and Compliance
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Certification (SHRMCP, PHR) is a plus.
