Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet the company's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a full-cycle recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to source candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on hiring best practices.
• Assist in defining job requirements and creating compelling job descriptions.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
Onboarding and Orientation:
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Ensure all new employees are integrated effectively into the company culture and have a positive onboarding experience.
Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Provide regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
