Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry and will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the real estate sector.
• Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
• Screening: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of HR recruiting experience, with a focus on the real estate industry.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, roles, and requirements.
• Skills:
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
