Qualification & Skills:
• Education Qualification:Graduate
• Experience: 1-2 Years recruitment experience
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation during interview processes.
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
Note: Only immediate joiner needed

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
