They undertake essential activities of Sales & Marketing fraction such as Market Research, Tele-sales, E-mail Marketing, Field Sales, ABM (Account Based Marketing), and Digital Marketing.

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Recruiter at MOTM Technologies in Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas.
• Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.
• Coordinating with hiring managers for the closure of the position.
• Should know the full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and onboarding activities.
• Payroll Management and Statutory compliance knowledge of Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Leaves & Attendance Management, Payroll, EPF-ESIC & Legal Compliance, Performance Review & Management, Training & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities, CSR, Generalist role Handling End to End Recruitment.
• Recruitment - Telephonic and F2F Interview Induction of New Employees and Joining Formality Entire Admin Handling Insurance Employee Motivation Employee
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.
• Source and screen resumes for open positions in Bulk hiring primarily
• The candidate must have relevant work experience in the HR domain.
• HR & Admin Executive manages the human resources & administration department by screening and interviewing applicants; preparing payroll; orienting new employees; administering employee benefit programs; organizing training & learning; performance
• Candidate should have good communication skills.
• Willingness to work hard must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
