: HR Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing attendance records, handling PF/ESI deposits and compliance, coordinating labor audits, and serving as the primary liaison with labor authorities. This role will involve field visits, email communication, conducting interviews, and managing employee documentation. The HR Executive should have proficiency in computerized tax software, along with knowledge of statutory compliance and salary structuring.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage attendance records and ensure accuracy in timekeeping systems.
2. Handle PF/ESI deposits and maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
3. Coordinate labor audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for labor authorities and address any inquiries or requests.
5. Conduct field visits to monitor employee welfare and address any concerns.
6. Facilitate email communication with employees regarding HR-related matters.
7. Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process as needed.
8. Utilize compuTax software to calculate and manage employee taxes.
9. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to employee benefits and salary structures.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
2. Proven experience in managing attendance systems and handling PF/ESI deposits.
3. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, with experience in coordinating labor audits.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with labor authorities and employees.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in computerized tax software and MS Office applications.
7. Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements and salary structuring.
8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Previous experience in HR roles preferred.
10. Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
